Personally I think tank and drop ships should render at all distances but infantry don't need to. Snipers hidden at extreme ranges is OK imo as long as you get a red mark when someone gets a visual.

I would propose that there should be no indicators for grenades, unless you fit a specific piece of equipment that works passively. With a lot of players carrying nanohives it would mean they have to make a difficult decision nanohive or explosive...
